Everything is vibration and we’re creatures who were meant to feel connected, curious and compassionate. We can practice accessing this state. Using quartz crystal bowls, voice, chimes and other instruments, a soundscape container is created for your nervous system to down regulate. In a private setting it can be tailored to individual needs, blocks and goals. In a larger group it can be a relaxing way to celebrate, regulate in community and ground together in music.
